| Review of Chloe 18:
Teen sites are a very big thing on the internet. I think the funniest thing is when sites claim to have all teens, and then you join up, and you see thirty year old women wearing pigtails and sucking on lollipops. We may be porn fanatics, but do you think we're stupid? Or throw some braces on a twenty eight year old, that'll work. I know there is a thin line to be drawn between legal and illegal when you're trying to hit the 18-19 year old range, but I think that these webmasters are very bad at drawing that line. Luckily, at Chloe 18, you get a teen that looks like a teen.
Chloe 18 is a teen single model site. The biggest attraction here is that Chloe actually looks pretty young. I'm not talking illegal young, but she definately is in her teens and is very cute at that. While this is a single model site, there isn't a whole lot of features like you get on the better single model sites. It's basically just pictures and videos of the same girl, with little to no personalization at all. Thats fine in some cases but it definately needs to be noted. So the theme here is very weak, it's pretty much a collection of stuff with very little interaction.
When you first sign onto Chloe 18, you are given a members page with all the content listed on the front page. Each set is given a decent sized thumbnail. And when I say set here, I mean both pictures and videos. Both share the same front page, with pictures listed first. There is not much else to the page except for the names of each set. Pretty simple and straightforward, almost to a fault. I usually say none of this matters if the content is good. Well, I do like a little spice in the page design, this is just a little boring. I'm not asking for too much, but this just comes across as very bland.
While there is no clear cut focus on Chloe 18, the bigger section is the pictures section, so we'll start there. The pictures here are very very nice. The awesome quality here is 1400x1050, and they look every bit of beautiful. One thing I really dug about the pictures is that they were not overdone. Every pose Chloe does is different, and theres not a whole lot of pictures in a set, about two pages worth. While some might consider that a negative, I like my pictures more focused with less pictures and more emphasis on each individual picture. So that was cool, and I think it makes the pictures section better.
The videos on Chloe 18 are also done fairly well. You have options here, you can download segments of six each in 768k MPG, 768K wmv, and 384k WMV. You can also download a full MPG. I went with the full MPGs. The quality here is good but not perfect. There is a little pixelation of the videos at full screen. This was surprising due to the high content quality numbers, but I guess that doesn't always tell the story! In the end I would not call it a bad video section. Its kind of a supplement to the pictures more than anything, but it is a very good supplement at that.
Chloe is a very cute looking teen. She fits the role of young but innocent, yet still kinda naughty perfectly. I could do some bad things to her. She has braces, and it kinda fits in, it's not like sometimes when they obviously put braces on girls to make them look younger. There aren't many other actors on the site, because most of the sets are Chloe alone. That leads nicely into the action. The action here is primarily posing. This is not a softcore site really, but it leans towards it. Chloe is not afraid to take her clothes off and sometimes even touch herself. But this is by no means hardcore. So if you are looking for a teen who can do an anal double-fist, you definately need to look elsewhere. If you want a teen who is cute, and seductively shows off her body, this might fit you a little bit better.
A paragraph on deception if you will. On the preview, it says you can email Chloe and do requests, etc. I saw no such link/fuctionability once I joined as a member. I'm not sure if this is something that is in the works or what, but I don't like having something promised to me and then not getting it. While I'm not like this, there are LOTS of guys out there who love emailing the girls they wank to and asking them questions, telling them what they'd like to see, etc. So having this as a promise can be a little more misleading than maybe the webmasters thought. I think it would be a good idea, this site NEEDS more interactivity, there is a standard for that with single model sites. There is also some misleading about the video types here. Its just not neccesary to make these claims and not back them up.
Chloe 18 does have a nice update schedule. It doesn't seem to be a set update schedule from the time stamps, but even with this hard to discern schedule, you get updates at least once a week, usually more. Both sections are updated but theres more picture updates than videos. As such, there were a total of 21 picture sets and 8 video sets at the time of review. There are no other bonus sites, so that isn't a great deal as far as bang for your buck, but if you like Chloe then it's good.. on top of the awesome update schedule.
Conclusion:
A little light on content right now, but Chloe 18 can grow up to be a really good teen site in the future once the kinks get worked out. It's a decent site now, but with questionable content levels and no interactivity, I'm not sure if I could fully recommend it unless you are really a big fan of Chloe. I'm sure it will get better with time: but time is of the essence, because this girl will not be a teen forever!
