Review of Sexy Stocking Tops:
Yes yes yes it's another stocking/pantyhose site and this one actually pulls out pretty good. Yeah sure I admit, the design of this site immediately made me skeptical, but based on past experiences I now know not to judge books by their covers, oh how very vise I am (I have enough Chinese fortune cookies to last me all year by the way!).
First thing I noticed on the front page was that the site now offered 3 sites for the price of one, this would be: sexy stocking pinups, sexy stocking tops and adult xxx sex sites. Before you join you might be a little confused about what the 3rd site as I was, and once you get inside you might still be a little insecure. What threw me off was that the pinups site was not located on another server but in a subdirectory of sexystockingtops.com. In other words this just felt like another archive of pictures. But no doubt there are 3 sites filled with pictures and together they form a pretty nice stocking archive.
This graciously brought in the neighborhood where we discuss the picture part of the site(s). I never really became 100% convinced that I was dealing with exclusive pictures here but I must admit that I didn't recognize a single set of pictures at all. The pictures were all of high resolution and generally good quality. I can't say for sure how many sets you get all in all but if I was a betting man I would say in the proximity of 200 sets all in all. There was really nothing tricky about digging through the content but I would have loved a more "streamlined" design. Given the fact that this site is not only 9 months old I'm hoping the design might get a little makeover in the future because it really could use it. Navigation is not tricky or anything it just seems dated.
Of course for all you REAL fans of the niche that is stockings you would already be going through the pictures and expanding your collection. For me though what really gets the juices going are video clips. In this section I was really pleasantly surprised with the way the clips got served. The default page in the video section contains 2 links for every clip, 1 link gives you a 30 second preview (zip packed) of the clip and the other lets you download it in it's entirety packed in .zip format. I loved the way of doing this, but of course I also realize that this benefits almost only us broadbanders, luckily the webmaster is aware of this so there is another sub section for the dialuppers. This section has the clips cut up into segments of approx 3 MB in size. This whole idea of zipping each clip could very well be used in the picture archives as well (just wishful thinking on my part). The video clips were great, they are in .wmc format and can be blown up to full screen easily. It's mostly masturbating clips of chicks in obligatory attire but also some girl on girl action and toys involved.
At the time of this review there were 30 movies available for download which should be a little over 2 hours of video, very nice.
The updates for the picture archives of Stockingtops and adult xxx sex site are daily and for the pinups site 2 times a week this is 16 new photos hoots every week. There were no update frequency listed for the videos though and I would really like to know as I'm sure most of you would perhaps this info will follow.
Price: 1 month $24.95
At this price you definitely get your moneys worth, especially if you dig the niche. I have no particular interested in the niche however I did manage to enjoy myself, especially with the videos, one can only hope this archive also grows on a weekly basis. The pricing is fair for these 3 sites put together and will be even more so in 4-6 moths when it has been open for a years time and the archives are bigger.
Bottom Line: Bring out the hose, the girl is in panties
