Reality TV is a big hit. Reality porn is also a big hit. But porn reality and tv reality are a little different. While they both share the elements of reality, tv reality is more like gameshow type stuff with big prizes, and actors and actresses that are supposedly real life, common people. Porn reality is porn with actors and actresses that are supposedly real as well. But in porn, there isn't much of a game to it. Basically its just a bunch of people having sex. Enter XXX Reality TV, a site that melds together the two concepts for a perfect marriage of win and sin.
XXX Reality TV is a reality site with a gameshow concept. Basically, all the girls on the site have to go through a variety of tasks, ultimately deciding the winner. This is basically like a porn survivor, but the survivor is really just a big slut. I really like this theme. As I've said, it is the perfect marriage between tv reality and porn reality, and the ending result is just an awesome theme for a porn site.
When you first sign onto XXX Reality TV, you are given a messy front page. This site basically looks like one of those quasi spam sites that are all over the net. There are tons of leased links all over the place, as well as ads for stores, popups for free DVDs, basically a big mess. So what is the redeeming quality here? Well, luckily, the sites content is centrally located. Its smack in the middle, on top of more leased sites. This is really ridiculous, but at least the content isn't hidden. For each set, theres a little blurb as well as a smaller thumbnail. You can then move into the sets page which will give you more thumbnails. But as a site design, XXX Reality TV is horrible. It just looks and runs like a rip off site.
The videos are probably the bigger focus here. The videos are streaming only, and they only come in one format and one speed. That format is WMV, and that speed is 512K. That is about an average video quality, nothing great yet nothing terribly horrible either. The videos come in either segments, or you can view the full video. You can work around the streaming only problem, harder to work around is the speed of the streams. The server, for me, was very slow and inconsistent. That does not mesh well with streaming videos. When I tried to run these streams, they ran very slow and choppy. I was not happy. I had to download the movies to really see them, and that took a pretty long time too due to the slow server. So even more of a headache trying to view these.
The quality of the videos on XXX Reality TV was ok. As previously mentioned, they are 512k and it shows. This is not a horrible quality by any means. But 512k should be an option, not a forced choice. From a video reality site, I would expect better. As it is, these videos look pretty good, but there is the inevitable loss of quality at full screen. Basically, when I think of the videos on XXX Reality TV, I think of lost potential. Nothing is wrong with the actual videos, just the site design elements that effect everything is all off.
The pictures are a different story. On XXX Reality TV, the pictures are pretty good. The quality is 333x500, which isn't exactly great. But for a video based site, not bad. What really made me happy about the pictures is that the pictures section doesn't suffer from the same faults that the videos do. There are no technical problems at all, the galleries are all clean and easy to navigate through. There is the slow server still, and that sucked when loading thumbnails. But overall, the pictures were something I could deal with.
The girls (contestants) on XXX Reality TV were very attractive. I found myself drooling over more than one of them. They did a good job in selecting some natural looking women who can still go to town when they need to. Needless to say, I was very impressed. The action has all different stages. For example, the first contest was a solo one, then there was the blowjob rampage, and then blasting beavers, etc etc. So basically lots of different kinds of sex were represented well here. The stages last a different amount of time. When the girls were all together, the sets lasted very shorter than when each had an individual task. All in all, the action was very good and worth watching.
At the time of review, there were a total of 9 stages. Since the contest was decided in the 9th stage, I will venture to guess that the site won't be updated again. The site just has a look of what you see is what you get. There is no update schedule or timestamping to further that stance.
With the site, you get a huge heaping helping of bonus leased sites. However, you don't really get any great original sites. So basically what you are signing up for is the 9 sets of the contest, and thats about it. Keep that in mind when considering value.
Conclusion
What a great theme, and what poor execution of the theme. If one of the reality masterminds got hold of this theme, it would be so awesome. But instead, its a jumbled up mess. If you are poor and hard up for porn, maybe the trial will work for you. But otherwise, I can't recommend it even though it pains me because the theme is so cool and the actual action really isn't bad.
