Pleasure. It's a seven letter word. What does it mean? Well, according to a big book it means sensual gratification or indulgence. The girls here on pleasure archives are surely to give you that, and more!
Pleasure Archives is a traditional website with a focus on teen girls. It's truly a traditional site, with a big focus on pictures and the quality of them. It's updated with a schedule that would spin the heads off of reality webmasters, but at the same time make any of us regular porn viewers very very happy. There are also videos on the site, but they are given the same second class treatment that pictures are given on video sites.
The site design of Pleasure Archives is kind of a mess. This was definately the weakest link in the website, for me at least. The members page lists all of the last months updates right there on the front page. Each girl is given one thumbnail, which looks a lot like a magazine cover almost. You can then either download zip files of the pictures, or go ahead and view them in galleries. The biggest problem I had with the site was the basic navigation and finding things. It really takes a while to understand where everything is located and how to really get what you want. Once you get a hang of it, it's really nothing offensive. But when I first signed up, I was just completely confused as to where the content was, what content there was, and how to get to it! It's not good to leave a member feeling this way. Especially when it is a seasoned porn veteran like myself!
The main focus of Pleasure Archives is the pictures. There is a new picture set added daily. For every set, you go to the main page. You then select from your one magazine-like thumbnail. That will bring up a popup (turn those blockers off!) with a full size picture and a link to the gallery. When you get to the gallery, you get good thumbnails with an option to view in either High or Low resolution. It's actually not a bad setup, and gives you some nice options. It just takes a little getting used to. On top of that, you can also download a zip of all of the high res pictures and just unzip it and get the slideshow running! They do give you some nice options, which is great! Technically it works, it just takes a lot of getting used to before you feel comfortable.
The quality of the pictures on Pleasure Archives is also top-notch. These pictures are 1500 x 996, a big screen for all of those who are into that! Not only that, but the pictures are also very clear. They look great. The photography is also top notch. The action in the pictures is primarily solo action, not extreme hardcore but almost all the scenes have penetration or spreading, or both. Thats the good stuff! I didn't encounter any scenes with men in the pictures section. That doesn't mean they aren't there, as the section is vast. I just didn't see any in the past two months.
Pleasure Archives also has a small videos section. Like some reality sites have small, thrown together picture sections, this is like the opposite. Although the videos here aren't really that bad. You get three different options, all around the same quality but different formats: WMV, MOV, or AVI. Each movie is a standalone feature, about 2-3 minutes in length. Thats not to say theres not some which extend into segments. The movies download mega fast due to their small length and also the fact that the site isn't bogged down with tons of broadband downloads like some other sites are. Either way, it's a quick and easy way to get some nice small clips. The quality is just OK, these videos are good for the small screen but you better not full screen them, as a big loss of quality is in place. Still, this video section is a great compliment to the very good pictures section, and adds a little more to the site. I wouldn't join it just for the videos.
The girls on Pleasure Archives are pretty teenage girls. Some of them have that amateur look to them where they could be the girl next door, while others look more like porn stars. It's a nice little mix. Most of the girls are white here. The girls also tend to not be as shaved "down there" as girls on other porn sites. I'm not talking about hair all over the place 70's bush, but more like trimmed and maybe a little out of control. I just saw more hair than I normally do! The action, as I've mentioned before, is mainly solo light hardcore. Sure, theres some girl girl action, but it's mainly light solo stuff. It works really well for fans of this.
Pleasure Archives has the awesome update schedule of adding a set on a daily basis. This leads to a huge number of content over the year.. 300+ picture sets, plus the videos, makes this a great deal despite a lack of bonus sites. And the way the membership is layered, it actually encourages you to be a member of the site for a while and rewards you for that with a discounted membership after your first month. So, a great deal in general!
Conclusion
This is a very good pictures site. I'd recommend it to those who like teens and also those who like solo women pictures. Others, it's worth a look. This site definately won't appeal to the masses, but those whom it does appeal to will enjoy it very much and stay on as a member for a while!
