| Review of Angel Archives:
Nothing is more beautiful than an angel. At least thats what the webmasters of Angel Archives would like you to believe. Are angels beautiful? Well the angels here are, at least. Folks, this is a very beauty-oriented website with lots of classy shots and focus on the beauty of the women!
Angel Archives is a traditionally oriented website with a focus on pictures. There is also a focus on beauty and class. There will be no choking and spitting on girls here on this site. And I for one think that is a refreshing change, at least compared to what I've been viewing lately. It's definately a different site- and you can read on to see if thats a good thing or a bad thing!
The site design of Angel Archives is touch and go. When you sign on, you are given the updates page. On the updates page, I got really confused. Today, yesterday, and tomorrows girls all just take you to a popup window asking you to join the site. well, I'm a member already! I'm guessing, if I'm navigating this correctly, that the webmasters were being lazy and didn't change the preview page from the members page except adding a link to zip files. I also didn't find anything other than zip files for this section. I just found the problem, so I take that back! The site has a months worth of updates listed on the main updates page. They are organized by day, one thumbnail per girl. They make the thumbnails look sort of like a magazine cover, which is pretty cool. The rest of the site design was just kind of, I don't know, messy. They had weird names for the different sections of the site. Which is cool, but it doesn't help navigation any. Speaking of navigation, it is mainly done by the topbar on the updates page. Anyway, it was messy- I was all ready to write about a site without a videos section, and lo and behold I found one! And I'm just hesitant writing about the sites content, cause I feel like I might be missing something- and a site shouldn't make any member feel that way.
The focus of Angel Archives is definately the pictures. The pictures come in either High or Low resolution, and can be either viewed or downloaded as a zip. Theres about 100 or so high resolution pictures per girl. They are daily updates, so you are guarenteed lots of pictures. The main page, as mentioned before, only has one thumbnail per girl. So it might be touch and go whether you like the girl or not. I like having the zip files on here and downloaded those more than anything else!
The actual pictures here on Angel Archives are really nice pictures. They are pretty high resolution and look great. The action is primarily softcore and nudity. I wouldn't go as far as to call it completely softcore though, as it's really not. I'd say it's way to the softer side of hardcore. Most of the sets are just one girl alone. Not exactly the most exciting thing for the hardcore porn baron, but it's nice to see some cool nudies of beautiful women who aren't getting all kinds of weird fluid dumped on them. The pictures are also shot very well. They did a good job with them, and this should be a picture fans wet dream- if they don't mind the softer aspect of the site.
Angel Archives also has videos... finding them is the hard part. When you do, you have options! You can download the videos in windows format, mac format, and divx format. Once again, you are bitten by the one small thumbnail bug- but the files are very small as well (10MB) and the clips are pretty short. It's easy to download so the small thumbnails don't affect me as much- but still.
The quality of the videos isn't as big of a deal here with a focus on the pictures. But I'd like to touch on it anyway... The quality of the videos are good on the small screen, but they get distorted on the big screen. When you start out the video, you get a decent looking picture. It's clear the camerwork is very good, and the picture also looks nice. It's just done at a low resolution, so when you full screen them- things look a little ugly. Still, it's good for a videos section on a traditional site- a nice addition!
The girls on Angel Archives are, well, Angels. Very beautiful girls with a focus on their beauty. It works out well here. I'd say the girls on here are an A+ rating as far as looks go. Most of the girls here are white girls. The girls overall are magazine quality I'd say!
Angel Archives is updated daily, which leads to having a ton of picture sets. Theres probably 365 on there right now, if not more! There is also another section called Little Devils, which is more hardcorish action. And theres also the videos. So you do get a good a deal for your dollar here! It's a nice price, especially if you stay on for over a month.. and with daily updates, you should be happy every day of the week!
Conclusion
Angel Archives is a nice site for picture fans. I really wish the site design was better, thats my only hangup with it. I usually say if a site has bad design, it can be fixed with good content. Well, this is a case where I think differently. I think the design hurts the content, and hurts the site overall. Still, if you like pictures and softer hardcore, then you will love the site it's really a sanctum for quality picture lovers.
