Raverporn.net has changed name to eroticbmp.com. Still the same site and still the same niche.
Let me admit right up front that I'm not familiar with the rave community or culture. So when I come to review a site like Raverporn.com I am at something of a disadvantage. My inclination is to review it as a porn site first, and a rave sight last. On the other hand, by the simple criteria of what's expected of ANY website Raverporn comes up short. At best its the kind of site that you would expect from a college freshman who just got his/her own web page and is filling it up with musings about their favorite color and pictures from their summer vacation.
Better to look at Raverporn as a web site for the rave community which just happens to charge a (very) modest fee to help cover the costs of the site upkeep. That being the case, it's hard to figure out the point or the need for the porn content unless it's to provide income to "needy" rave woman who are invited to earn money modeling. It makes even less sense when you consider the small quantity and the low quality of the porn (most of which is of the softcore variety). Here's what they offer:
"Welcome to Raverporn.net. The world's first and largest Rave Oriented Adult Website. We provide a level of interaction between the music, culture, community, & expression of the rave scene that you will find nowhere else online. All our content is originally produced by ravers for ravers..."
Inside you'll find a link to raperporn (this includes the pictures and videos), live cams, boards, chat, e-zine, audio, porn shop, profiles, and other stuff.
Live cams are scheduled 6 times per month (in May 2002). There aren't any shows scheduled in the week following this review so I can only comment on the shows in the archives. Boring. Next topic.
The audio page is blank. Not sure if its "under construction".
The Porn Shoppe has one sweatshirt and one T-shirt with the Raverporn logo for sale ($23.95 and $12.95 respectively).
Profiles is a place where you can write something about yourself, your interests, and give your contact information and post a picture. As of today there are 266 Raverporn users listed.
V2.0 of the Raverporn e-zine "Raunchy Ravers" is online. Its not clear if v2.0 means that this is the 2nd issue, or the 2nd volume cause I couldn't find any archive for V1.0. Also couldn't get a run down of the e-zine because clicking on the "home" link gave a "404 page not found" error. The rest of the e-zine includes a horoscope, news - about ten items with titles like - "Studies Prove that Ravers Really ARE Stupid!" and "DJFUNK HAS SMALL PENIS", advice, and about 15 stories ("My worst rave experience", My ultimate rave experience, and "the phattest party ever" are examples.) There is also a review section with 2 pornsite reviews and 3 music reviews.
The chat section is active with about 6-7 users online the times that I checked. The boards are also reasonably active with a couple of thousand rave related postings.
The preview section claims "Over a gigabyte of content to satisfy all your individual tastes", but I'm not sure where all that content is. Maybe in the boards and cam archives. It isn't in the raverporn section of the site. Here you'll find pictures of girls, girls&girls girls&boys, boys, amateur, in public! (a small number of these are mild flashing - i.e. breasts), party pics (not porn), art, and for the REALLY kinky people - a dozen or so pictures of elbows --- yes I said elbows. There isn't much material here. For example, there are 82 pictures TOTAL in the girl&boy section of which only about 20 are hardcore (and even the hardcore is "softcore"). The photography is amateurish, lo-res (640x480) and not sharp. There are eight movies, lo-res, not sharp, no sound, and about 2 minutes long.
I think the models are being paid but they didn't seem to want to be in the pictures. This might have something to do with their ages - they looked to be in the 18-22 age group, so this might be their first experience naked in front of a camera.
The galleries are updated every day or two.

A very modest $6.60
Conclusions:
If you are a raver looking for an online raver community, this might be the place for you. If you are looking for porn, save your money. If you are looking for a raver community AND want to sneak a peek at a few young, naked ravers - what the hell, it's only six bucks.
Though the content is not extensive there is quite a bit for the very very low price, so this site end at 4 stars, but remember this is a theme site and you won't enjoy unless you are into the rave idea.
