| Review of Shocking Celeb Video:
Celebrity life is always glamorized on tv and also all over the web. There are websites which really go out of their way to show you what some celebrities are doing, even if it is something simple and stupid. I absolutely lick it up for some reason. It has an odd appeal to me, and for some reason I can't explain, I am intrigued by it. I really don't give a shit in the grand scheme of things, but you can always catch me watching celebrity gossip shows and checking out the sites.
With all of this said, Shocking Celeb Video intrigued me. I am not really in the league of the celebrity watchers who go all crazy over attractive famous people. True, I do like some of them. But I am more of an obscure, news-lady type of guy. Still, the idea that I could see some rare shots of famous women was pretty cool to me- so I read on.
When you sign in to the site, you can search the celebrities by name. It goes by first name, and every single celebrity has their own page. The page will show some small thumbnails of videos and pictures. They actually did a pretty nice job on some of these pages describing who some of the celebrities are. This is pretty good, because in some cases, you'd really have to do a google search to find out the prominence of some of these ladies.
The site is really split into two sections, one being the celebrity list. This is what I described above. In the videos and the pictures here, you aren't really getting a whole lot. You see the celebrity nude, maybe in a televised sex scene, and thats about it. The pictures are usually just screencaps from said televised nudeness/sex scene. In some cases, the pictures are just of the girls looking hot- Maxim type pictures really. Not at all shocking and nothing worth dropping your dollars for either.
The second section would be the home video. This is where you see the more notorious sex videos out there- Pam Anderson, Chyna, etc. I can't really rate this because the version of the site given did not allow downloads out there. However, I think it'd be safe to say that the quality is much like those available out there on file sharing networks and all.
So, what does this site have to offer? Well, I'd say, not a whole lot. The pricing structure here is horrible. I might say the site would be worth a look if it was an adultpass site or something, but even then it'd be stretching it. 30 Bucks for content that would be easily available with a few search engines is not a good deal to me.
Conclusion
This is definitely a pass- just like most sites that have the same idea. It is just too lightweight, and too full of content available easily for free. I will say that they didn't go the spam route here- which is admirable, but I still wouldn't buy this site for a dollar, nonetheless thirty!
