| Review of PRIVATE Live:
I went for another LIVE site today and what could be better than to go with the feeds provided by one of the biggest hardcore studios in the world, Private. I have been ignoring live sites for a while because frankly they are mostly crap. I realize a lot of people have enjoyed chatting with women who's image would change every 5 seconds but it just never did it for me. That last time I checked one of the biggest cam providers I was demanding, more than expecting, much better quality because of the big improvements in online technology not to mention bandwidth speeds booming. So far the cam sites have not met my bare minimum quality requirements that I would need to enjoy the interactivity and not just site for seconds at a time wondering;"I wonder what the next frame will bring". Is Private showing the way again, or just cashing in on a booming market?.... Let's see, today we're reviewing privatelive.com.
So where do we start? Well we start where you always start with a cam site, we register so that we are allowed to chat in the free public rooms. This process is basically painless here even though the pages are a bit messy because of bad design decisions where the background image combined with the font colour, can induce a www retro feeling that will have you wondering if this page is already obsolete. You get through it alright though, all you have to do is come up with a screen name and enter your e-mail address then you can get started, however you need to check your mail for a confirmation link to be able to say anything in the chat rooms. Once you have done this you are fully pledged FREE member and you have received a new mail account that they provide free of charge to use for your porn site activities I suppose.
Now on to the fun part; looking for models and engage them in live cam chats. I started right away going over the models without putting any money into my account, honestly I wasn't gonna bother with this review if the cam quality still sucked, I would have put it away and tried a live site again in 6 months. Luckily I started having a great time with these girls and this was mainly because the quality of the feeds were incredible. For the first time in my experience my connection was tested and the result of the test was correct, go figure. In my case that means I can handle 400kbit and that's what I got, nice fluid video at a reasonable resolution. Honestly I'm sure that 400kbit could ensure a tad better resolution but because of the almost perfect frame rate, I never cared too much about it. It's probably also a factor that the sound was pretty good quality, took me a while to turn it on though but once I did it added a whole other dimension to my chat experiences.
Now it didn't take me long to figure out that I wanted a 1 on 1 chat with a girl to really see what this site had to offer, unfortunately the first deposit you wish to make to your account can take up to 8 hours to get approved. In my case it took 1 hour and I was charged by Verotel billing solutions. It's said that your next deposit does not take this long, I didn't check it this time though, but it's probably correct because on the first run, they hand check your credit card to prevent frauds and after that it's probably an automated process by Verotel alone.
So my chats were with Ela and Jinx, both are Dutch girls and they put on some nice shows. I must say that out of all the girls I checked out there, Jinx was probably the best entertainer, she talked a lot with everybody and had a great attitude. When I got Jinx in private she did a great strip show and really danced her ass off and did whatever I asked her to do. Ela just took her clothes off right away and started playing with herself, but hey, who can complain about that.
There's a lot of functions to take advantage of when you are in private. The best one is that you can control the camera. Sometimes the models are not all aware of what part of them is the picture while they strip so it can be up to yourself to zoom and out and move the camera around to focus on what you want to get a better look at ;). You might also be interested in the Eye-2-eye function once you get her alone. This way she can see you, just as you can see her, I tried this out very shortly for a 2 minute session, just to see if she could see what I was doing, so I made some funny faces and I was on my way, it seem to work great.
Before you decide to go private with a girl you should remember to check her "action status" if you do not wish to get disappointed. There are a few girls and I do mean few, that will only do softcore shows. I don't mind softcore at all, infact you can have much more fun with the girls then, but if you are out for some serious nudity and hardcore insertions, make sure they have the "H" mark in their profile or you'll probably get into a fight with the model because she doesn't want to take her clothes off for you.
After you have been in a private chat with the girl, chances are you'll get a mail from her on your new e-mail account that I mentioned earlier. This account is only checked from privatelive.com and so none of this mail ends up in your inbox at home so you can freely do some "flirting" through that without the fear of someone seeing it in your regular mailbox. You can also visit the girl's homepage where you will get all the info you need on her like her likes and dislikes, age, measurements etc. You can also check out her schedule and see EXACTLY what she will do in a private chat.
Conclusion:
Overall this is the best live site I have visited ever and I doubt that I will be a stranger for some time. I think it's fun just to find a girl in the free chats and just tip $1 here and there because it makes them do fun stuff as well. The quality can still be improved upon I'm sure, but I got good audio where I could hear what the girls were saying quite clearly and the frame update rate was excellent and took full advantage of my connection, overall, if you are in to live cam sites, I would check this one out, you can have a lot of fun without spending a dime as well and so you know exactly what you get before you decide to spend a dime.
Prices range from girl to girl but at an average the rate is $3.95 a minute for private sessions.
