| Review of Spanked and Abused:
For some people, a little sex isn't enough. Rather, they like it a little rougher. Personally, I like some of that tender loving care. Spanked and Abused is a video site with a focus on girls getting spanked and having rough sex. This, however, is not a rape site or anything along those lines. The girls are clearly having fun and even laughing about it. It's pretty lighthearted as far as that goes. I usually talk about theme in this segment, and here I like what I see. Even though I might personally not be a fan of this kind of stuff, I know there is a market for it out there. And furthermore, I know that the market is kind of thin. It's like my leg fetish, I love legs, but theres so few sites with a focus on them, if I found one, I'd be in heaven. The same here, since it is a less popular fetish. But that just makes it more appealing theme wise to me, because it's more uncommon. Its even to the point where I might like it a little, just because it is lighthearted and different. So the theme here was very strong for me, not a surprise because this network seems to be good with that.
When you first sign into Spanked and Abused, you are given a members site that has thumbnails for the content. This varies from the rest of the network in that it doesn't show any upcoming updates. Does that mean this is a dead site? It may be! But anyways, very simple in design here and with that exclusion it makes it even simpler. The thumbnails is it for the front page, and they are pretty decent ones. They show off the content really well and you can get a great idea of what the girls look like from the thumbs. Other than that, there is not much to the page. I appreciate they kept the shit factor to an absolute minimum, and the site is simple and easy to use. Very good for this concept, it works really nicely!
The videos are the focus here on Spanked and Abused. When you sign into the videos page, you are given options of downloading movie clips or full movies. The clips are available in WMV and the fulls are available in WMV high, WMV medium, and MPG high. The best thing about this page is that while those are text links, you also get a bunch of thumbnails for the pictures section. This is cool because its a one stop shop for pics and movies, but it also gives you a great idea of what the videos are link since the thumbnails are so good. So that is really a nice aspect that may not work on every site, but here it works really nicely.
The quality of the videos is basically what kills the site dead. The high quality WMVs are 600k. Even though that is a pretty decent number, they are very pixely even at medium screen. Thats not the worst of it though. The camerawork and lighting is not good at all. I stopped talking about this a while ago because I thought most sites had it nailed to where it wasn't reprehensible. Guess I was wrong, because this is just not good at all. It just needs a lot of work in the video area and it is what really hurts the site more than anything in the world.
The pictures are the direct opposite. Even though they are taken from the same action as the videos, I don't think they are vidcaps. They are 768 x 1024 pixels and they are just awesome as far as crispness goes. The thumbnails, as with the rest of the site, are awesome, and the full screen pics are ten times better. I like the pictures here, and they are the true representation of the awesomeness that this site could have had the quality just been worked on a little leeeetle bit.
The girls on Spanked and Abused are a great selection of cute, porny looking girls. I think with a few of the girls they tried to get the teen look, but they are more of the older looking teens with pigtails to make them look younger. Still, they are attractive women. The action here is spanking, and that leads into the regular sex. Sometimes the ass is spanked even during sex! There is not much rough stuff here otherwise, and as I said before, it was done pretty lightheartedly. The action is therefore very cool just for being different, and works good in context of the site. Just wish they could work it better to make it come across better as far as the videos go!
At the time of review, there were a total of 8 sets of content on Spanked and Abused. Seeing as how this is a newer site and a newer network, it is acceptable to have this amount. What is unacceptable is that the site doesn't seem to follow the same update schedule as the rest of the network. So keep this in mind if you still want to join and are a spanking fan.
This new network includes: Creamed Feet, Fucked Tits, Penetration Tease, Sleep Assault, Spanked and Abused, and Mother Daughter Fuck. These sites are all pretty much in their infancy, and there are some original themes and some decent content coming out of some of them. Maybe not the best network out there, but definately one with some potential to watch as a newcomer!
Conclusion
The videos flat out need work. It's quite disappointing. I was expecting more since the videos here are all 600k and not split like on some network sites, but they still just need a lot of quality work and a lot of camera quality work. The site name might leave you to believe that this is a real spanking fetish site, well they do get spanked in the light hearted sense of the word and as said earlier, have fun with it. It's not for die hard fans of the genre though.
